Born and raised in Robinson, Texas, just outside of Waco, to Joe and Patricia Flores, both blue-collar workers (Oncor and Nurse). Graduate of Robinson High and attended Hardin Simmons University, playing collegiate soccer before moving back to Waco.
Started Central Texas Home Repair at age 22, and worked for several property management companies in town, taking care of their customers' rental properties. This experience led to conducting trim and door installation in new home builds, which resulted in the creation of a trim business garnering a strong reputation for detailed craftsmanship.
In 2018, River Rock Homes was birthed to offer specialized custom home building services. Since its inception, River Rock Homes has developed over 25 new homes across McLennan County.
Married to his high school sweetheart, Tiffany encouraged construction as a career and is an integral part of the success in the custom home building and construction projects. Her father owns an HVAC business and her brother owns a painting/drywall company. Justin and Tiffany have two young boys who both love being on job sites and “work” when they’re not in school.
