Project 3 - Cattail Custom Home

4 bedroom/3.5 bath Spec Home (2,516 sq ft) - I built this house to showcase a more traditional but slightly elegant feel with the elevation and finishes I incorporated in the build. I wanted to do something different than the typical farmhouse build that is common everywhere but not something too far out there I would narrow my clientele for selling. I feel I accomplished this as the house was only on the market for 3 months in a very tough market with higher interest rates. This house showcases a hidden pantry in the kitchen along with waterfall edge counter tops on the island.
