Project 4 - Loredo Family Custom Home

3 bedroom/3.5 bath with office (2,450 sq ft) - The Evin's reached out to me from a previous client I built a house for (Holdbrook Family) as they had heard good things from them about the process of building their home. This house was a neat project as we built the house and a 2500 sq ft shop at the same time. The shop included a small apartment/office in it along with ample storage space. As with any custom home many owners have a vision of how they want everything to look and finish out so with the Evins project we spent several hours staking out the proper spot for the house and shop to incorporate a future pool/green space that would tie the two structures together in the backyard. The trim work in this house definelty sets it apart from others with the custom alder beams we added and tongue and groove porch ceilings.
