Project 2 - Southern Charm Farmhouse

3 bedroom/2 bath (1,674 sq ft) - I built this house for one of the architects I use and was honored to be chosen as he deals with just about every builder in town. While this house is on the smaller scale because it was a first time home for them we were still able to capture many of the amenities of the bigger houses like a walk in pantry, big island and walk in master closet.
